Cory Takata

Cory Takata grew up in Waipahu and currently resides in Honolulu. Born and raised here on Oahu, Cory's parents, friends, and community instilled in him the importance of hard work, dedication, and creating life-long relationships. Cory attended Roosevelt High School and continued his education at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Social Science.

With the unwavering support and mentorship from Partners at Locations LLC, Cory was recently named an Associate Partner of Locations LLC in 2020.  Throughout his career, his various accomplishments included being named one of the Top Newcomers at Locations LLC in 2015 and the Locations Client Service Award Recipient for 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 & 2020. In addition to these prestigious honors, Cory has also been named to the exclusive Locations Platinum Society ( second highest company achievement ) as well as Honolulu Magazine's Best in Real Estate in 2017-2020. Within the community, Cory is also an active Board Member for Abilities Unlimited, which provides opportunities for adults with disabilities.

Despite all of these accomplishments, Cory admits that one of the unforeseen perks of the job has been the fact that he's been able to turn clients into lifelong friends. None of this would be possible without the support of family, friends and loyal clients.
During his spare time, Cory enjoys golfing, surfing, hiking and spending time with friends and family.
