Introducing: "31 Days of Forgiveness" Book Launch and Giveaway!

Friends, have I got a treat for you today!  Writer and blogger Tracie Stier-Johnson, of 31 Days of Faith, is releasing her newest book today, 31 Days of Forgiveness {through the eyes of grace}.  I recently had the opportunity to preview the book and I can tell you this...it is life-changing!  Tracie writes about how to release ourselves of anger, bitterness, and pain and begin healing with forgiveness.  She reminds us gently, yet in no uncertain terms, that until we forgive we cannot be forgiven.  That message resonates so powerfully with me.  Seriously, y'all...within a couple of days of beginning the book I already felt called to make some big changes in my life, to fix some things that were broken...and I feel so much lighter and peaceful now that I have.  That's not to say I'm finished working my way through it (are we ever, really?); I plan to keep this book handy so that I can refer to its valuable lessons over and over when my pride has clouded my view.

  8. I would love to win this book...I will download it on my kindle but would love to have the paperback version to put in our churches resource center. I have a lady in my bible study group that has chosen(God chose it for her)the word 'forgiveness' for her word to focus on for 2013. She doesn't want it to be know that is her word. The heart of the matter for her is that this is a heart matter. She would benefit greatly from reading this book.

  9. I would love to win this. Sometimes I struggle to deal with what live throws at me but then I remember God is on my side. This book sounds like it would be a great reminder!

    1. Katherine, until I read this book I didn't really think I had as much to forgive in others as I do. I've mostly struggled with forgiving myself...but this book has helped me to see that I've held on to anger, bitterness, and resentment without realizing how it's affecting my relationship with God. He is most def on your side...all of our sides! I think you'll really like 31 Days of Forgiveness...but make sure you read with a box of Kleenex 'cause there will be tears! xoxo
