Introducing (in)design Creative Community!

Hi guys!  I'm so excited to share with you my new venture; the project I've secretly been working on for the last several weeks.  Earlier in the summer I took a leap of faith and responded to an ad that Gypsy Mama Lisa-Jo posted for (in)courage, Dayspring's online, faith-based community for women. They were looking for group leaders for a new area of the community. I'm a fairly private person and it was definitely out of my comfort zone to even think of doing something like leading a spiritual group...me?  Seriously?  I can't believe I'm doing this. But I did.  Immediately. I felt I needed to respond right then and there.  I wanted it. I needed it. You see, just minutes before reading Lisa-Jo's announcement I had been deep in prayer, explaining to God how lost I feel, how I didn't know which move to make.  I needed direction.  So I just said, "Put me where you want me.  I'm all ears."  Then I hopped online, saw the ad, and couldn't respond fast enough.    A few weeks later and here I am, group leader for (in)design Creative Community!  I'm excited, scared, nervous and, yes, completely out of my comfort zone.  But He has faith in me, I have faith in Him...so what's to be worried about, right?  Keep reading to learn more about (in)design...I hope you'll join us!                         

‎(in)design is a community group for creatives. We are His poiema – His poem, His workmanship, the beloved creation of His Spirit, His hands. We create because He first created us, in His design, reflecting the part of Him that glories in making all things new. Making us new. We are still in design!

(in)design will be a place to connect with and invest in other women who share your passion and vision for the arts. We want you to join with us as we grow deeper in Jesus together, as artists and disciples. Our world is saturated with media. Let’s make a little corner for ourselves, to be fully ourselves, and be present to those who need a safe place to be. Making art is worship. Let’s do it together. 

As an (in)courage community group leader, an (in)courager, I'll be co-leading (in)design alongside the beautiful and lovely Tammy Perlmutter.  We'll be getting together on Facebook to discuss topics dear to the creative soul.  We would love to have you join us!
